International Governance Consulting Group is a consulting firm dedicated to examining, advising and assisting governance strategy development, capacity building and training programs, structural reforms, political communication, corporate governance and inter religious and cultural dialogue in the countries of the Western Balkans and the Middle East.

IGCG’s professionals with extensive experience in government and non-government sectors seek to offer coherent and targeted solutions to policy makers and civil society partners.

IGCG has emerged from working on these subjects for more than fifteen years with the international organizations and more than eight years with the Kosovo Local Government Institute, a think tank focused on capacity building programs.

IGCG gathers senior experts whose backgrounds range from national ministers, parliamentarians, senior managers, academics, researchers and development evaluators.
